As of May 25, 2018, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act. GDPR is a comprehensive set of rules for how we as an e-retailer can process your personal information.
In brief, our policy can be described as follows:
– We only collect the necessary information to be able to fulfill our commitment to you.
– We do not share your information with third parties if it is not required to be able to fulfill our commitment to you and to meet the legal requirements for accounting.

Terms & Conditions
When ordering, an agreement is reached on the purchase only when lovinlegs.com confirmed the order through an order confirmation. If the delivery time changes in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase without charge until the goods are shipped. lovinlegs.com has ownership and readmission rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us you must be 18 and lovinlegs.com must be able to determine the customer’s home address.
The prices include VAT of 25% for orders within the EU. In case of confirmed order, prices may only be changed by circumstances beyond the control of lovinlegs.com. For example, substantially changed commodity prices, currency changes or changed VAT. No shipping costs will be added. Should the price change, the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase without charge.
A shipping cost of SEK 29 will be added in Sweden. If you buy for at least SEK 499 the shipping is included in Sweden. For shipping within EU similar rates are applied. The shipping cost may change and sometimes be discounted. You see full shipping cost at checkout.
4. Payment options / payment terms
We cooperate with Ecster, which offers payment solutions for both e-commerce and physical store. Ecster is a wholly owned subsidiary of Handelsbanken.
4.1 Ecster Pay
In collaboration with Ecster we offer invoice, partial payment, card payment and Swish through the e-commerce bank Ecster Pay.
Handling of all information in Ecster Pay is encrypted with SSL.
4.2 Partial payment
Sometimes it may feel good not to take the entire cost at once. With partial payment from Ecster you always pay at a rate that suits you.
In our shop you have the opportunity to choose invoice and pay at home in peace and quiet.
4.4. Card Payment
We offer card payment with Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. There is no fee for payment by card.
If you are connected to Swish you can pay via your Swish app. Open up the app in your mobile device and accept the payment with your Mobile BankID.
After the purchase, the money is deducted directly from your bank account. In the event of a return, the money will be refunded to the same account.
We strive to process orders the same day they come in and when your payment has arrived. We normally deliver within 2-3 days within Sweden. We reserve the right for all inventory items to be sold out before we can update the website, and we inform the customers about the estimated delivery time. The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase without charge unless the goods are in stock. The parcels are delivered by Posten or other carrier to delivery point or sent as mail.
6. Delivery delays
Sometimes delivery delays arise from our suppliers except our control. This can happen, for example, when a supplier cannot fulfill its delivery obligations to us or problems in the manufacturing process. If this occurs, we will waive our liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. You can rest assured that we will always notify you of deliveries on time.
Lovinlegs.com is responsible for transport to you as a customer. You who are the customer and the transport company are responsible for the risk of any return to us.
8. Damaged goods
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
9. Right of withdrawal and open purchase
Private customers, according to the Distance Contract Act, are entitled to 14 days’ right of withdrawal. This means that you, as a customer, have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging with unbroken seal. Also attach a receipt or copy of the transaction so that we can track your order. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
If you want to complain about a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Notify us via email info @ lovinlegs before sending anything. Add a receipt or copy to the bank transaction so we can identify the return. Remember that you are responsible for shipping to us.
In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN’s recommendations.
Refunds are made via bank transfer or Swish. The sum is always refunded to the same account used for the purchase and as soon as possible from the time we have received and approved the return.
We reserve the right to make changes in prices as a result of large price deviations from our suppliers, errors or other errors that are beyond our control. Read more about unforeseen events under Force Majeur below.
13. Protection of personal data
In 2018, PUL is replaced by GDPR, which is new data protection rules that apply throughout the EU. Since we do not provide information to third parties, this does not mean any direct difference to PUL regarding the processing of your information or our relationship with you as a customer.
14. Not collected deliveries
If your package arrives at a delivery point, a notification will be sent by e-mail or SMS to you. As a customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number, address and e-mail address you entered are correct.
If you do not collect your package then you will be charged an administrative fee of SEK 250. Read more about Return & Exchanges here.
15. Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disaster, labor market action, government decisions and comparable events beyond our control that could not reasonably be foreseen, and affect the agreements entered into and our commitments, which means that we cannot hold the said agreement / commitment, shall form the basis for that we are exempted from our obligations to fulfill the said agreement.
